Sky Photos Taken in the Dark

I just found my missing cardreader a little while ago, stuck my camera out of the front door, and looked at the viewfinder through the door to take some photos using the "dark" setting on my camera.  The photos still turned out dark, so I messed around with the adjustments in the edit section of iphoto.  Each one has a little different look.  None are quality work, but it was fun to mess with.  This is my first time posting using the new posting format.  I see there is no space between the photos.  I'm not going to like it if I can't write between the photos.  I'll have to experiment.

As it is, I am now busy getting things ready to hire someone to remodel our kitchen to make the space more functional.  I posted about it in my Corner Garden blog.

SkyWatch Friday from my Front Porch

I've been so very busy helping our daughter move and helping clean her old place, I am worn out! I haven't been able to be on the computer very much. After work today, where it's Friday in some places of the world, I went out and took some photos of the sky from my porch. I wanted to include the snow, which is now melting in the afternoons, as our temps have gotten above freezing. At night, parts of the streets and sidewalks are getting icy. The sky was a pretty blue today, with a few wispy clouds. To see more skies from all over the world, or find out how to include yours, click on the SkyWatch button in my sidebar.

Cold Morning Sky

It is currently -7 F. here. I just stuck the camera out the door to take some photos for SkyWatch Friday. Click on the SWF icon in the sidebar to see more skies from all over the world. The news is saying that much of the country is unseasonably cold. I hope wherever you are, you are keeping warm.
