ABCs of the Word, "P"

I am thankful to be part of Pam's, at Grey Like Snuffie ABCs of the Word on Thursdays.  Check out her blog, read her post, and see how to find more and/or participate.

(My new bed from last year, in September.)

"A man's ways are in full view of the LORD, and he examines all his paths."

Proverbs 6:21

"Shout with joy to God, all the earth!  Sing the glory of his name; make his praise glorious!"

Psalm 66:1

This is my 100th post on this blog.  I have been neglecting it and the Christian friendships that were being formed.  I still think of you and pray from time to time.  I am hoping to be more active soon.

I have joined another church, and the official welcoming day is this Sunday.  I am feeling sadness at this point, kind of a grieving for the loss of my other church.  A few people have called me to let me know they miss me and would like me back, but they are not the people who were refusing to forgive others.  I really feel God is leading me in this direction.  I just need to process it now, and go through some adjusting.

Praise God, because he always provides ways for us to draw closer to him.  Our salvation is already in place through faith, and does not depend on how we are feeling from moment to moment.

God bless whoever reads this!

  1. SO THANKFUL we are not walking this journey alone....even if we don't see and understand ourselves He knows....plus His gaze is ever upon us.
I've been wondering how you and your church hunt were doing...blessings of all His best to you Sue...

  2. I, too, have been wondering about your church situation, Sue. It must be bittersweet, but if you clearly feel the Lord's leading then you are doing the right thing.

    Bless you, friend.

  3. Congrats on 100 postings! Keep praising Him. I know your sadness when you have to leave one family of believers for another. Do as God has directed you and watch for His incredible blessings.

    He is good!!
